Do you use non toxic dyes?                              

Yes! At ahlam silk, our pure silk pillowcases, silk eyemasks and silk hair scrunchies are made ethically and with high quality products that meet the Oeko-Tex standard 100. We use non toxic dyes and are chemical free.

 

What is a momme?                     

Momme is the measurement used to indicate the thickness of the silk. We guarantee our measurement of 22 momme. The thicker the silk is, the more softer it is and the longer it lasts.

 

Do you offer change of mind returns?    

Unfortunately not. There are no exchanges or refunds unless your product is faulty.

 

What size are the pillowcases?      
                 
Our silk pillowcases are 50cm x 75cm (standard international/queen size).

 

Do you offer local pickup? How long does shipping take?

Yes! We are located in Narre Warren. Click and collect orders are usually ready within 24 hours. 
Orders are dispatched 3-5 days after the order has been made.
